Information and definitions

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase process of Miromiro Travel products and the use of Miromiro Travel website – https://miromiro.nz (the Website). The Miromiro Travel products are owned and operated by Miromiro Group Limited (We) trading as Miromiro Travel. We are a limited liability company located and registered in New Zealand, NZBN 9429048517003. The Terms of Sale is an agreement between Miromiro Travel and Customers. Customers must agree to the Miromiro Travel terms of sale in order to make purchases or use any associated services. By accessing and using the Website (https://www.miromiro.nz) before purchase, Customers agree to abide by these Terms of Sale at all times. We may amend the terms of sale from time to time.

Tour booking

Tour prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Approximate prices in EURO are provided for Customers’ convenience. Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour cost confirms the booking and acknowledges Customer’s agreement to our terms and conditions. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. If the full tour price is not received by this date, We reserve the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.

Bookings cancelled more than 60 days before departure incur cancellation fee 10% of the tour cost. It means We will hold your deposit amount as a cancellation fee. Between 59 and 31 days prior to departure, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost. 30 days or fewer prior to the tour start date, We charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost.

We will require a photo of a personal details page of a Customer’s valid passport at the time of booking confirmation. Miromiro Travel reserves the right to amend the cost of a tour slightly if tour components change. Tour costing will be guaranteed at the date of final invoice payment.
Government regulations regarding travel in New Zealand need to be checked by Customers prior to booking and commencing travel: safetravel.govt.nz.

We recommend that Customers have their comprehensive travel insurance at the time of their trip.

Any hire or use of a vehicle in New Zealand will be subject to Customer’s usage agreement with the hirer and a Customer may be liable for any damage or infringement of local laws.

Miromiro Travel may need to make a change to accommodation listed in the itinerary. This accommodation will be of the same standard or best available alternative. We also reserve the right to alter an itinerary where necessary. If an included place or activity is unavailable, We will provide an alternative option of a similar standard.

Miromiro Travel will not be responsible and will be excluded from liability for any loss or damage, committed by other operators such as hotels, attractions, and transportation companies.

Miromiro Travel will not be able to accept liability where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by “force majeure” circumstances. In these terms of sale, “force majeure” means any event that We or suppliers of services could not foresee or avoid, even with all due care. Such events may include war conflicts, riots, strikes, lockdowns, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, flooding and all similar events outside our control. If a tour is cancelled due to “force majeure”, We can offer Customers a refund minus unrecoverable costs.

Online purchasing

Payments can be made directly to our bank account or via credit card payments system on our Website. Card payments are not processed through systems controlled by us. We use online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment. We will not store or transfer any of your credit card or payment information.

It is the responsibility of a Customer to enter the correct details at the checkout. Kindly check all forms for correct details before continuing to payment.

The name Miromiro Travel and associated logo is the property of Miromiro Group Limited. All relevant content published on the Website, such as texts, images, and videos, is owned by Miromiro Group Limited.
